This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in F.I.R in Crime No.43 of 2024 dated 22.03.2024 pending on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai in SR No.71352 of 2024 on 09.08.2024. The learned Second Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if it is otherwise in order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is
