This application has been filed to direct the respondent furnish security for a sum of Rs.6,67,172.27 failing which to attach the immovable property of the respondent morefully described in the schedule, till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that already award has been passed and subsequently, the schedule mentioned vehicle has been seized and sold out.

4. In view of the same, this application is closed. However, it is for the applicant to enforce the award as per law.
