Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to select and appoint the petitioners and Technical Assistant/Electrical by internal selection, as per Memo.No.049145/G-58/G.583/2008-2 dated 26.06.2008 and consequential memo No.083584/1286/G-57/G-571/2011-5 dated 16.03.2012, of the 2nd respondent on the basis of the representation of the petitioners dated 19.01.2013 and in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.29502 to 29515 of 2012 dated 07.12.2012.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent to select and appoint them as Technical Assistant/Electrical by internal selection. In this regard, all these petitioners had given representations dated 19.01.2013 to the respondents. Since, it is yet to be favored with any kind of response, the petitioners came forward to file this Writ Petition.
2. Heard the submission made by Mr.R.K.Ashok Kumar on behalf of Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.R.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioners 1 and 3 to 7 have already been selected and joined as Assistant Engineer's (Electrical) through internal selection and he does not press the writ petition as against them. In so far as the second petitioner is concerned, the learned counsel would submit that though, the petitioner had sought for a larger relief, he would be satisfied if the representation to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Engineer(Electrical) alongwith other benefits be considered in the light of the order dated 07.12.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29502 to 29515 of 2012.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second petitioner is hereby permitted to give a fresh representation to the second respondent for such internal selection and in receipt of such
representation, the second respondent shall consider the same on its own merits in the light of the order dated 07.12.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29502 to 29515 of 2012 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
