Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this miscellaneous petition seeking condonation of delay.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of the no objection given by learned counsel for the respondents, the delay of 220 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and list the same on 24.7.2024 along with W.A.No.3171 of 2023.
