Seeking issuance of patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of the vacant land measuring 37 Hectares (91-39 Acres) in R.S.No.355 of Marasamuthiram (Marasandiram) Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, a representation has been made by the petitioners on 03.07.2015. As no orders have been passed on the said representation, the petitioners have come forward with the present Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
