JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 18.12.2023 made in W.P.No.14674 of 2023.
2. In fact, it was a common order passed by the Writ Court consisting of several writ petitions including the present writ petition, that is W.P.No.14674 of 2023. As against the said common order, which is impugned herein, already, an intra-Court Court appeal has been filed in W.A.No.3633 of 2024, where, a Division Bench of this Court, where one of us (RSKJ) is a party, has passed a detailed order and the writ appeal has been rejected by our order dated 28.01.2025.
3. In view of the said order having been passed against the very same impugned order, the present writ appeal also has to face the same fate. Accordingly, this appeal also, in terms of the order dated 28.01.2025 made in W.A.No.3633 of 2024, is liable to be rejected and accordingly, it is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.24380 & 24381 of 2025 are closed.
