2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this court dated 17.06.2016 has been complied with by passing appropriate award by the first respondent however the same has not been served upon the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the award, if any, passed to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of copy of the award passed by the first respondent, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings.

3. Since the order passed by this court has been complied with, no further order is necessary.
