O R D E R
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his claim for revision of pay, taking into account the entire period of service as qualifying service for the purpose of grant of pension, has not been redressed.
2. The writ petitioner has submitted several representations to calculate the qualifying service and accordingly granted pension and pensionary benefits.
3. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the Divisional Engineer also submitted a proposal to the first respondent-Accountant General in proceedings dated 12.8.2016 and the said proposal is yet to be considered by the first respondent.
4. In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations and the proposal submitted by the Divisional Engineer in proceedings dated 12.8.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the writ petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation, setting out all the facts and circumstances and the proposals sent by the Divisional Engineer along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.
