Crl.M.P.No.7298 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7298 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.5867 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., Vide order dated 14.03.2023, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that charge sheet had been filed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, earlier condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 14.03.2023 is totally relaxed.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, on receipt of summons and to co-operate with the trial proceedings till the disposal of the proceedings.
