This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9028 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the E-1, Mylapore Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9028 of dated 26.04.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
