C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to register a case and investigate complaints in CSR.Nos.8966 and 8965, dated 09.07.2012.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Earlier the petitioners have filed similar petitions in Crl.O.P.No.22812 of 2012 and 22811 of 2012. This Court by a common order dated 10.07.2013 disposed of those petitions and passed the following order:- "9. In the light of the factual position, coupled with the rations laid down in the above decisions, this Court directs the Station House Officers concerned, to go through the contents of the complaints given by the respective petitioners and if it disclose commission of cognizable offences, they are duty bound to register the first Information Report, to investigate the same in accordance with law and to file final reports. It is needless to say that if the concerned Station House Officers failed to exercise the statutory duty cast upon them, it is always open to the petitioners to invoke sections 154(3) Cr.P.C. or 156(3) Cr.P.C. or workout their further remedy, in accordance with law.."

Since no action has been taken by the respondent, the petitioners have come forward with the present petitions.

4. As already this Court passed a detailed order in the earlier petition filed by this petitioner, these second Criminal Original Petitions with a similar prayer are not maintainable and the same are dismissed. It is always open to the petitioners to approach the concerned Court by filing appropriate petition as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.22811 and 22812 of 2012 dated 18.07.2013.
