This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower Bazaar Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8270 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioners is partly relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Tuesday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
