Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Haribabu, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes), who took notice for the respondent and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

Though the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the F-forms submitted by the petitioner, when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the representations of the petitioner dated 10.09.2015 and 19.09.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with regard to consideration of F forms and other statutory forms are pending consideration with the respondent, it would suffice if the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondent within a time frame.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the cases, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 10.09.2015 and 19.09.2015, on merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
