ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 20.03.2023, passed by the 1st respondent and the detention order dated 10.03.2023, passed by the 2nd respondent and further to direct the respondents to release the Vehicle No. TN 20 CV 7867, by considering the representation dated 17.03.2023, filed by the petitioner. 2.

Mr.V.Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and further requested to grant some time for filing an appeal and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Considering the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and as and

when, such an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the concerned Appellate Authority is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law without raising issue of limitation aspect. No costs.
