Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certirari, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Order of Transfer issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Pa.No. 4456/B1/PP1/ TNSTC/CO/ED/12 dated 15.03.2012 and the consequential relieving order passed by the 2nd respondent bearing No.3100 dated nil both orders served on 31.01.2015 and quash the same.

O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order of transfer dated 15.3.2012 whereby and where under, he was transferred from Erode to Karur and consequential order dated 31.1.2015 relieving him for the purpose of joining in the transferred place.

2. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is open to the petitioner to make a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation after joining at the transferred place, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The petitioner is directed to join forthwith at the transferred place. The petitioner is given liberty thereafter to submit a representation to the first respondent to post him in any of the nearby places. The representation shall be considered on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation .

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
