O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking speedy disposal of I.A.No.293 of 2017 in O.S.No.103 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal District Munsif, Alandur.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit filed for permanent injunction restraining the respondent/defendant from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property. He filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.293 of 2017 in O.S.No.103 of 2017 for ad-interim injunction.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the counter was filed as early as on 17.05.2017, the Trial Court has not disposed of the interlocutory application. Therefore, the petitioner seeks early disposal of the interlocutory application filed by him in I.A.No.293 of 2017.

4. From a perusal of the adjudication, it is seen that the said interlocutory application is pending from 31.08.2017 and it was posted for enquiry as early as on 11.01.2018 and still, it is continuing in the same stage.

5. Considering the long pendency of the interlocutory application, this Court is inclined to give a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the interlocutory application. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur is directed to dispose of I.A.No.293 of 2017 in O.S.No.103 of 2017

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.06.2019 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TK To The Principal District Munsif Alandur.
