What is challenged is the notice proposing to remove the encroachment and for that the petitioner was asked to appear for an enquiry along with the records. Thus, the petitioner cannot be said to be a person aggrieved at this stage. The petitioner has also appeared pursuant to the said notice. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner appeared, no enquiry has been conducted. 3.Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to furnish all the documents in his possession before the respondent no.2 within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the same, the respondent no.2 will have to pass a reasoned order within a further period of four weeks.
