Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the respondent in their locking and sealing notice vide Letter No.EC1/23006/2007 dated 24.01.2011 relating to the petitioners building at New Door No.41, Old No.21, 22, Plot No.14, Pushpa Nagar Main Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 34 comprised in New R.S.No.598/4, 6 and 7, Block No.34 of Nungambakkam Village and quash the same and direct the respondent to forbear them from in anyway interfering with the above said building by way of locking and sealing and demolition pending final determination of the petitioners application for regularisation.
