This Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.7195/2017 in Crl.MP.No.10702/2017 dated 13.10.2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore.

2.Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on condition that he

shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and the petitioner is also complying with the same regularly. Subsequently, the condition was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week. Again, the condition was modified as monthly twice and thereafter as once in a month. Thereafter, the petitioner seeks further relaxation of the same condition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII Coimbatore in Crl.MP.No.10702/2017 and the same was dismissed on 13.10.2017. Hence, the petitioner is before this court by way of this present petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the above said condition, the petitioner is unable to go for any work and facing many difficulties. He further submitted that the petitioner is complying with the above said condition from 01.07.2017 till date.

5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and investigation is almost complete and the petitioner is under suspension.

6. Having regard to the submission that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till date and investigation is also almost complete, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10702 of 2017
