Mr. Su. Srinivasan, learned Additional Solicitor General takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the

his representation dated 08.05.2017 sent to the 1st respondent, within a time frame and consequently direct the respondents to take action against the erring banks stated in the representation dated 08.05.2017.

3. The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.05.2017 to the 1st respondent for taking action against 11 Banks mentioned in the representation.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders so far.

5. Mr.S. G. Srinivasan, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the banks mentioned in the representation.

6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the banks mentioned in the representation dated 08.05.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
