This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the T-Nagar Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8340 of 2023 on 25.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
