O R D E R

Petitioner seeks a direction to learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.22 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 19.04.2012 and a female child was born to them on 15.02.2013. Differences arose between them resulting in filing a petition in I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2014 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, seeking divorce and the same was allowed. Thereafter, petitioner has filed G.W.O.P.No.22 of 2015 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, seeking custody of the minor child. Seeking early disposal of such petition, the present revision has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.22 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
