The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to process the application filed by the petitioner to effect sub division patta transfer in Application No. 2022/0105/32/223404, dated 30.05.2022 with regard to the land measuring 0.70 cents out of total extent of 1.650 Hectares comprised in S.F.No. 256/3 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made an application to the respondents seeking to effect sub division patta transfer in A.No. 2022/0105/32/223404, dated 30.05.2022 with regard to the land measuring 0.70 cents out of total extent of 1.650 Hectares comprised in S.F.No. 256/3 and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 2/4
without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.05.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.05.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
