ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 20.01.2015 against the concerned person and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the police conducted enquiry in CSR No.6/2015 and called the counter petitioners, namely Sivan, Manokaran. The counter petitioners have given a statement to the Police that they have no objection to the petitioner in enjoying the property and that they will not cause any trouble to the petitioner. It is seen further that the petitioner Jancy has also accepted the undertaking given by the counter petitioners.
