Respondent/ Respondent/ Respondent Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the relaxation order passed in Modify petition in Crl.O.P.No.70 of 2021 dated 05.02.2021 relaxed the petitioner as directed to reported before CID Q Branch Police Station at Coimbatore on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders passed by this Honourable court in Crl.M.P.No.5252 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.70 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021.

Petition prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to relax the modified condition imposed as the petitioners are directed to stay at Coimbatore and they shall report before the CID Q Branch Police Station at Coimbatore everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.70 of 2021 dated 05.02.2021 Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.70 of 2021:

Petition prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to modify the order passed by the Learned judicial magistrate No.I Tirupathur in CMP No. 29/2020 dated 10.01.2020 with regard to the condition relating to the Petitioner's appearance instead of appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No I,Tirupattur, Vellore District daily at 10.30 AM for a period of 30 days(including holidays) to appear and report before CID Q Branch Police,Trichy at 10.30 am for a period of Two Weeks.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SARFUDEEN ALI AHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Government Advocate (CRL SIDE) of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to modify the order dated 28.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.5252 of 2021 insofar as appearance of the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m.

3.In view of the fact that the condition has already been relaxed vide order dated 28.04.2021, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
