Crl.M.P.No.8300 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.59 of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI.,J, This petition is filed seeking to modify the order dated 28.04.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.5249 of 2021 insofar as appearance of the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m.

3. In view of the fact that the condition has already been relaxed vide order dated 28.04.2021, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
