Crl.M.P.No.7277 of 2023 CRL.M.P.No.7277 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.7899 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP.J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7899 of 2023 on 19.04.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30. a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that petitioner had been complied with the conditions till date and charge sheet had been filed before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, earlier condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 19.04.2023 is totally relaxed.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, on receipt of summons and to co-operate with the trial proceedings till the disposal of the case.
