This petition has been filed to implead the Block Development Officer, Mohanur, Namakkal District, as seventh respondent in the writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the proposed seventh respondent and he has no objection to the Block Development Officer, Mohanur, Namakkal District, being added as party respondent.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
