J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that the suit has been settled out of Court before the mediation and the settlement agreement arrived between the parties has also been filed before this Court. The parties have also signed in the agreement.

2. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court and the registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per Law to the plaintiffs. The settlement agreement executed between the parties form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected application is closed. 03.10.2023 vrc 2/3
