Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar,J.

These petitions are filed to condone the delay in filing the petition to restore the writ appeal in W.A.No.1734 of 2015, which was dismissed for default.

2. Pursuant to the notice already issued, the petitioner has taken steps and R1 and R2 were served. Insofar as R3 is concerned, it is informed by the learned Special Government Pleader that he is no more. Therefore, once the writ appeal is restored, steps will be taken to implead the legal representatives of R3.

3. Recording the same, by taking into account the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and accordingly the petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to list the restoration petition for hearing next week.
