This Court by an Order dated 07.06.2019, had directed the District Mahila Court, Salem, to dispose of the case in S.C..No.424 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned District Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, has requested this Court to grant further period of four months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned District Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of four months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned District Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
