This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR in view of the order dated 24.06.2015 in Crl.MP.No.4368 of 2015 on the file of the learned Magistrate, Aarani.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aarani under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the first respondent registered an FIR in Cr.No.1002 of 2001 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323 and 324 of IPC.
