..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents, to handover the pony which was handed over by the fifth respondent to the third respondent based on the FIR registered Crime No.315 of 2014 dated 04.03.2014.

ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents, to hand over the pony which was handed over by the fifth respondent to the third respondent, based on the FIR in Crime No.315 of 2014 dated 04.03.2014.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, it is represented that, pursuant to the interim order passed in the writ petition, the pony has been handed over to the petitioner.

4. It is to be noted that this Court while passing the interim order, imposed certain conditions. Hence the petitioner shall maintain the pony without violating the conditions imposed in the interim order.

5. In the light of the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
