Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of order in Na.Ka.No.2696/A4/2016, dated 08.08.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent by quashing the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to grant renewal to the petitioner's School.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and to apply to the respondents for fresh recognition, after complying with the conditions on which ground the recognition of the petitioner/school was withdrawn.

2. The petitioner is permitted to make application. On such receipt of the application, the concerned authority shall inspect the school and process the application as per law, within a period of eight weeks there of.

This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
