3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner/wife moved O.P.No.4843 of 2013 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai seeking divorce in the year 2008 and the same is pending adjudication for one or the other reason.

4. Considering the submission made, this Court directs the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.4843 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order.
