By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in respect of Sri Mayavaperumal Temple situate at Sikkarasampalayam Village, Sivanmalai, Tirupur District, no Executive Officer has been appointed and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 19.09.2015 to the respondents and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Government Pleader [HR & CE] who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that an Executive Officer of the nearby temple has already been appointed as a Fit Person in the place of Trustee and the administration of the temple is being managed properly and seeks time to respond to the representation submitted by the petitioner.

This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
