2. This Court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the Respondents 1 and 2.
3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the 2nd Respondent has issued patta to the 4th Respondent, without considering the objection of the Petitioner, dated 14.07.2022 and giving opportunity to the Petitioner.
4. The 2nd Respondent/ Tahsildar concerned has already passed an order, granting patta in favour of the 4th Respondent. If the Petitioner is having any grievance as against the order of the 2nd Respondent, the Petitioner can very well work out his remedy, by filing an appeal before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer under the Patta Pass Book Act or he can file a civil suit before appropriate civil court and establish his right in a manner known to law.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
