ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 1.6.2016.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record. 3.

The Petitioner states that the criminal proceedings initiated against him has been dropped and exonerated from the charges and further, the alleged amount said to have been misappropriated has already been paid by one of the co-employees and the other person has been reinstated and hence, under these circumstances, not reinstating the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petitioner is not proper and correct. In fact, the Petitioner also made a representation dated 1.6.2016 for reinstatement, which is not disposed of till date.

4. The learned counsel for the Respondents would only contend that the representation of the Petitioner would be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the 1st Respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 1.6.2016 for reinstatement, in the light of the facts that the charges were dropped, the entire misappropriated amount has been recovered and the other person has been reinstated and on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
