This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Despite notice has been served to the sole respondent and her name is printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of her.

3. We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
