O R D E R
This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 21.05.2020 in W.P.No.7712 of 2020.
2. Today, when this contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the 2nd Respondent filed a Compliance Affidavit dated 31.07.2023, stating that the order of this Court dated 21.05.2020 in W.P.No.7712 of 2020 has been complied with and the same is scanned below. 2/8

3. Besides, the Respondents have filed a Typed Set of Papers dated 31.07.2023, showing the photographs of the compound wall, before and after demolition. The learned counsel for the Petitioner also submitted that the alleged compound wall and the fence have been removed.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and recording the Compliance Report dated 31.07.2023, this Contempt Petition stands closed. We expect the Respondents to remove the debris within a period of one week from today. Consequently, connected Sub Application stands closed.
5. The Respondents 1 and 2 appeared before this Court today and hence, they are discharged from this Contempt proceedings. The Respondents shall file an affidavit before the Registrar (Judicial) regarding the removal of debris.
