There appears to be private dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and therefore the petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the third respondent by cancelling the Bar Licence issued to the third respondent.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition as if he is espousing a Public Interest. However, it is intended to settle a private dispute with third respondent. Hence, there is no merits in this writ petition.
