The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to prefer the appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 10.10.2023 made in C.C.No.5023 of 2021 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.
