PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in F.No.S.No.05/2016-PAU dated 22.8.2017, quash the same and further direct the said first respondent to permit cross examination of the persons sought for in the course of the adjudication proceedings pending before the said first respondent and thereafter conclude the adjudication pursuant to show cause notice in F.No.DRI/CZU/VIII/48/ENQ-I/INT-23/2016 dated 07.11.2016 issued by the second respondent herein. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Adjudicating Authority passed an order dated 10.11.2017 and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order of the Adjudicating Authority. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Adjudicating Authority dated 10.11.2017. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
