1947, the claim made in both the writ petitions has become infructuous. In this regard, a memo has been filed by both sides in W.P.No.16545 of 2022 and the same is recorded. The above statement has got a direct impact on the other Writ Petition in W.P.No.23719 of 2022 as well. 2.
