ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.58 of 2015, before the respondent police.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation, however, if the respondent finds any cognizable offences is made out, he shall act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
