This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 06.06.2018, in the event of Dharmakartha of Sri Mariamman Koil of Elangalapatti Post, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2018.
