Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased tO relax the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.6614 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12174 of 2020 order dated 29.10.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VEERARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 29.10.2020, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 29.10.2020 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first of every month at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
