[ Respondents] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose off the petitioner representations dated 17.8.2013 and 12.5.2014 pertaining to the alleged encumbrance created on the Property owned by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Haribabu, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes), who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. The writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representations dated 17.8.2013 and 12.5.2014 pertaining to the alleged encumbrance created on the property owned by the petitioner, within a time frame.

3. The petitioner's representations with regard to the first charge created with regard to the property in question are pending consideration. Admittedly, the issue in question is pending before the Full Bench of this Court. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks early disposal of the representations made by the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.08.2013 and 12.05.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
