ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue a Non-traceable certificate in respect of the original Sale deed dated 08.04.2015 bearing document number 3896 of 2015 registered at the office of the Sub Registrar, Ganapathy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2024 and further, in the light of the procedure complied as per the Circular Memorandum Rc.NO.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and issue Non-traceable certificate in the light of the procedure complied as per the Circular Memorandum

Rc.NO.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
