Crl.M.P.No.6217 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.20375 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 16.12.2015 made in C.A.No.30 of 2014 on the file of Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Petition and hence, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order.
